Not all services are available in all jurisdictions.
Availability depends on regulatory restrictions and user verification status.
4. Account Registration and Verification (KYC/KYB)
To access most Services, users must complete identity verification procedures (“Know Your Customer / Know Your Business”).
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and to update it if it changes.
C2Banks may use third-party providers (such as SumSub or similar KYC processors) for verification.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account that fails compliance checks or raises suspicion of fraudulent activity.
5. Acceptable Use

Laundering funds, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion;

6. Fees and Limits
All applicable fees (account, card, transaction, conversion, withdrawal, monthly, etc.) are published on the platform or communicated prior to use.
By using any paid service, you agree to the corresponding fees and transaction limits.
C2Banks may change its pricing structure, fees, or limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.
7. Currency Exchange and Crypto Operations
Crypto-to-Fiat and Fiat-to-Crypto operations are performed “as available,” subject to market liquidity and partner exchange rates.
Rates are displayed at the moment of transaction and may vary depending on market conditions.
C2Banks is not responsible for price volatility, blockchain delays, or third-party network issues.
8. Risk Disclaimer
Digital assets and currencies are volatile. Their value may rise or fall significantly in a short time.
By using C2Banks, you acknowledge:
You understand the risks associated with crypto and forex transactions;
You are solely responsible for your trading and financial decisions;
C2Banks does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
9. Security and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
C2Banks will never ask for your password or security codes outside the platform.
You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.
We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials due to user negligence.
10. Suspension and Termination
C2Banks may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
You breach these Terms;
You fail verification or compliance checks;
Your activity violates laws or regulations;
You request account closure.
Funds remaining in a terminated account will be handled in accordance with our AML and refund policies.
